Neil did some prep work for the pouring of a cement parking area in my yard. I had several other jobs around my house and Neil did a wonderful job with those. The jobs included: painting and roofing my garage, pressure washing my vinyl sided house, repairing and painting my front porch, builing and staining a 20 foot fence, he did yard clean up and in the process of the cement prep pulled two tree stumps.
Neil's prices are very reasonable and estimates are accurate. He shows up to work when he says he will. He has lots of positive energy and does most of the work himself.

polychrome paint job with a 5 year guarantee was on par with what others were quoting for basic one or two colour paint jobs with no repairs and definitely no
warranties. Gene was communicative throughout, and really patient with me (hey, picking that many paint colours is scary!) His crew was great, and clearly took pride in their work.
